Custom Bets Examples
Fast Money Bet Example
The FTSE® 100 is currently trading at 5030. You believe it will move lower in the next five trading minutes, and want to risk £125. Your win amount is £115.
After five minutes the bet expires and the FTSE® 100 is at 5019 – lower than the market level when you placed the bet. You win £115.
However, if the FTSE® 100 had risen above 5030 at the time of expiry, you would not have won anything and would lose your £125 stake.

OneTouch Example
The FTSE® 100 is trading at 5100. You believe it will go up to at least 5150 in the next three trading hours, and want to risk £100.
You ‘buy’ a 5150 OneTouch, setting your expiry in three hours’ time, and risking £100 with a payout of £400.
You were right. After two hours the FTSE® 100 goes through 5150. The bet instantly closes and you win £400.
However, if the FTSE® 100 had not touched 5150 before the time of expiry, you would have lost your £100 stake.

NoTouch Example
Wall Street is currently trading at 10,115. You believe it will not go higher than 10,200 over the course of the current trading day, and you are willing to risk £300 on your bet.
You buy a No Touch Bet at 10,120, with a win amount of £700.
You were wrong. Wall Street goes through 10,200 shortly before market close. The bet instantly closes and you lose only your £300 stake.
However, if Wall Street had not touched 10,200 before the time of expiry, you would have won £700.

Binary Range Example
£/$ is currently trading at 1.50 and you don’t believe it will move much away from this level in the next 48 hours.
You decide to risk £500 betting that £/$ will be above 1.49 and below 1.51 two days from now. You therefore select 1.49 as your ‘floor’ level and 1.51 as your ‘ceiling’. If you are right you will win £750 (in addition to your stake) and if you are wrong you will lose your stake of £500.
48 hours later £/$ has fallen slightly to 1.495 but is still above your floor level of 1.49. You win £750.
Even if £/$ had fallen below 1.49 during the 48-hour period you would still win your bet once £/$ is within your chosen range at expiry.
