Explaining Options and Binaries
Options and binaries offer a slightly different approach to the more traditional avenue of purely directional trading of markets. This seminar will explain the basics – Puts, Calls, the effect of time on the price – and will also go through some simple, and slightly more advanced strategies on using these very flexible products.
No prior knowledge of options and binaries is presumed, but a basic understanding of how spread betting works would be useful. Please see the various introductory videos on our What is Spread Betting? and On Demand Seminars pages to find out more.
Key features:
- The difference between a Put and a Call
- How binaries work
- The effect of time – how it can work either for or against you
- Simple strategies on how to profit from market direction
- Advanced strategies – trading in high or low volatility
