Understanding the Forex Markets
Join the team from IG Index for an evening explaining spread betting, how foreign exchange works, and the different techniques and strategies available for betting on this ever-popular market.
This seminar is free of charge and suitable for both IG Index clients and those simply interested in learning more. For those unfamiliar with spread betting, there will be a brief overview at the start of the session, then the bulk of the seminar will be split between an explanation of the forex markets and discussion of technical analysis techniques for spread betting on currency pairs.
Our chief market strategist David Jones will take you through what drives forex, why it exists, some common pitfalls to avoid and a variety of different chart techniques that can help both to identify potential opportunities and to manage risk.
