Deleting Orders

You can remove single orders quickly via the lines on your chart, or use the Pending Orders table to clear all your orders in one go.

To delete a single order, simply right-click the order line on your chart and select 'Delete'. The order will automatically be removed from PureDeal.

At the top of the chart you will see a figure for pending orders. This is the total number of orders you have created for this market. If you wish to delete all of these orders just click the red X next to the figure. This will bring up a table of your pending orders, including the type and status of your orders. Click 'Yes' to delete all the orders listed.

Please note

The orders you create via DealThru Charts will remain active even after you have closed the charting package. You can view these orders in PureDeal via the Orders to Open panel (and they can also be deleted in PureDeal).

By contrast, Oblique Line Triggers and Alert Triggers are specific to DealThru Charts and will not be shown in PureDeal. Triggers will be deleted automatically when the charting package is closed, or when DealThru 'times out' after two hours of inactivity.
